Discover ‘metaprograms’ or ‘patterns’ that influence Motivation and Work Preferences at the office.
Understand the concept of Map of the World (MOW) and why it is a critical tool you need in building better business relationships. The MOW is an internal system of patterns, language, and values.
Build Competencies in order to build flexibility and communicate with a wider range of people.
Learn how to pace and match to build rapport at the unconscious level.
Be able to adapt more skillfully with others and adjust accordingly. Practicing flexibility is key to successful communication.

Workshop Outline-

NLP Attitudes (Presuppositions)
- Developing more resourceful approaches in viewing people and situations.
- Increasing personal impact.

Language of Influence
- Creating a ‘Language for change’ in self and others.

Metaprograms
- A set of generalized unconscious traits which determine behavior, resulting in habitual responses that are
sometimes helpful and sometimes not.

Map of the World (MOW)
- Map of the world template.
- Understanding your MOW and its implications.
- Understanding others’ MOW
- Identifying areas of potential difficulties or conflict
- Discovering commonalities and building bonds

Building Competency
- Developing flexibility in communicating by matching: The Giving and Receiving of information, Physiology, Values.

Language of Clarity
- Eliciting more precise information when communicating with others.
- Using the ‘NLP Metamodel’ to increase mutual understanding.

Sub modalities
- Discovering and modifying internal pictures, sounds/words and feelings.
